The Fiasco Brothers are living proof that virtuosity and fun can go hand in hand.
Taking you on a white-knuckle ride through Bluegrass, a carefree twirl across the Western Swing ballroom and shamelessly retuning your heartstrings, these gifted gentlemen guarantee a high-energy, toe-tapping performance, laced with memorable vocal harmonies.

TRIFLE GATHERING PRODUCTIONS present
CHARITY SHOP CABARET ON TOUR!
"What a treat! Last night we entered a world of rummage and romance, music, jumble and joy! A boisterous pot pourri of pure magic entertained us as were invited into a world of Mills & Boon, bingo and the bizarre. Charity Shop Cabaret On Tour! promised and delivered a stimulating and dazzling evening out to all of us in need of spicing up our lives and tightening our belts in these frugal times! I, for one, will never look at an After Eight Mint in the same way!! "
Apart from having lots of fun and laughter we also raised money, thank you. Our total for Breakthrough Breast Cancer was £77.
MOISHE'S BAGEL
Formed in Edinburgh in 2003, Moishe's Bagel combines the energy and passion of Eastern European folk music with the excitement and soul of improvisation. Boasting some of the best instrumentalists that Scotland has to offer (Salsa Celtica, Scottish Chamber Orchestra, Celtic Feet, Scottish National Jazz Orchestra).
Moishe's Bagel produce rip-roaring, foot-stomping, jazz-inflected klezmer and Balkan music, and certainly got the crowds (and promoters!) immediately asking for more on their Artsreach tour in autumn 07.
A really good fun band – exceptionally talented and charismatic too.

Our 5th and final season...
As we approach the 4th performance of our 4th season, Sam and I have decided to step down from promoting Artsreach shows at the end of the next season, 2010/2011.
To date we have promoted and hosted 14 shows ranging from serious theatre to dance to cabaret to music to comedy theatre. We have loved them all, been endlessly entertained and fascinated by the performers and could write a book “It couldn’t happen to an Artsreach Promoter!”
We would highly recommend becoming the village’s Promoter and are stepping down to have a well earned rest but also give someone else a chance to have a go.
The lifecycle of an Artsreach show starts in early summer with the Promoters’ Night at which you hear and see the shows you could book. The next job is working out what will fit both physically into the space but also into the diary of our busy village hall. Once the hall is booked the Parish Magazine and Village Website need to know what’s on so they can advertise them.
In the final weeks running up to a show the publicity needs to be collected, displayed & delivered, the Sale and Return drinks need to be ordered from Alan’s, your house turns into a Box Office as the phone starts ringing and you liaise with the Company so their needs are catered for.
We have found two of us can set the hall up in the afternoon and 4 people can run the show itself with someone on the box office, two running the bar and one managing front of house.
Soon we will be going to our last Promoters’ Night to pick the shows for the next season. I am in no doubt I will be able to find another 4 excellent performances to entertain and move you.
Please let me know if you would like to become our village Promoter and I can then introduce you to the wonderful Artsreach team who will support and encourage you.
