River ExeThe WI and friends enjoyed perfect weather for the outing on 9th June.  The refreshing breezes and lovely views as we cruised up the estuary of the River Exe were much appreciated The WI and friends enjoyed perfect weather for the outing on 9th June.  The refreshing breezes and lovely views as we cruised up the estuary of the River Exe were much appreciated We then went on to Exeter where some enjoyed a leisurely lunch, whilst others visited the Cathedral or indulged in some retail therapy.  Our thanks to Eileen Brotherton for once again organising a very successful outing.

The next meeting will be on 14th July at 7.45 when Malcolm Welshman will be telling us some animal orientated stories in his talk “My Life as a Vet”.
